Cake pans, cake mixes and even frostings are available at nearly any large food store in the city. Bake your cake just the way you like it. :ochesey:

I have to take the cake to day care as my child is going to celebrate her b'day over there so I am not if kids or/and their parents will like it or not. Is there anyone real good at baking bakery like cake at home and catering to friends. If anyone is willing to bake for me,I will pay for it.

Thanx

The easiest is to just go to your local supermarket and buy one from there. I like the Frödinge frozen cakes, especially the rasberry one ("vadelma" in Finnish): http://www.frodinge.fi/fi/index.asp?avd ... sub=tartor

But does it have to be cake? I think most kids had just ice cream or similar for their birthdays in daycare. (Or is it the actual birthday party, that you are just holding in the daycare facilities?)
