job on visit visa

My friend came from asia for 3 months. now he is much interested to live here. but he dont have work permit. Is it possible that he can get full time job of cleaning at any place in finland?

Even if he could, a cleaning job isn't a specialist job. His employer would have to prove to Finland and I think the EU there is no one else who could do his job.

This probably pointless. The poster's friend will probably somehow stay here illegally, work under the table LOL.
