need to buy nano sim

Hi, I changed my recently bought iphone 4s with iphone 5. As iphone 5 uses nano sim. I went to elisa(in forum) today and tried to change my sim with nano sim. Since I already had prepaid saunalahti sim, I wanted to convert this prepaid with nano sim but they(person at elisa) said that they don't have prepaid nano sim at all. They only have post paid sim card. Then I told them that I want to buy a new one. For that they asked me for ID. I gave them my passport, however, they said they need Finnish ID card or Kela card with photo on it. I presume that I cannot get Finnish ID card because it is only for Finns. About Kela card, I really don't know if I can get one as an international student. But after doing some research I found that kela card with photo is no longer issued in Finland. Now my question is that how can I get nano sim card with post paid? OR Is there any way I can get Kela card with photo on it as an international student which I could use to get postpaid sim card? Or Can I get finnish ID card?

BTW I already spent more than 2 years in Finland.
