APPEAL - "RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR SPOUSE"

Hello ..
I live in sweden and my wife live in finland without citizen both us.
we applied to Spouse RP in Finland embassy in July 2012, to live togother in finland.

in april 2013 we got rejected, becouse my spouse income is 1495,15 euro that mean less than the minimum income "1530 euro"
the different is just 35 euro

now we want to appeal, and we have many questions about that if anyone can share information please
1- my spouse don't have any extra income so what we should do?
2- how long the appeal take in this days "2013"

If you don't match the required income the appeal will be denied.
The court of appeal only looks if the procedure was right. They don't feel sorry for you.
Since this looks like an open and shut case, the rejection can come quickly.

So you just have to wait till your wife gets a raise and then apply again.

...Ok...so, on what basis exactly are you going to appeal, where is the mistake? The only mistake I can see is you can not count, they can. Why did you not check the requirements and have someone who can count do the maths for you? Besides which, the income requirement just went up.

can I ask also
my spouse live in Finland with her mother, her mother also have income, can we include her mother income with us " if we live together all in same house" and appeal about that?

and there is a new income required issue in march 2013 is this include us if we appeal now?

may I ask also..
when the appeal is processing, can I attach additional information to the appeal?

my spouse waiting the citizen that may take some months. that why I ask.
after get it "citizen" can we attach citizen to the processing appeal?

A minimum is a minimum - when you are below the minimum (no matter by how much) anything other than a rejection would be a surprise.

You should go to a Finnish lawyer specialized in immigration law - that is the only way for getting good information on the options and chances you have.
