So what is he going to do with that money and how it prevents him from becoming a soldier?
Listen to your parents, they are much smarter in this case. This is a scam.

Tell us what he told you. If the story makes ANY sense, I will help you. For free.
Heck, if his story, somehow, is plausible, I will even chip in.

I have been following what is going on in your country, it's truly horrible and messed up.

So what you are saying is, this friend of yours can get out of going to the army by bribing a government official? How's that for some corruption for you? LOL.

I am sorry and don't mean to be rude, but it's a bit difficult to follow your posts. I understand you aren't a native English speaker, but it's hard to follow your posts without fullstops. Which is of course not the issue you are facing, nor even close to the situation.

I really hope you get the help you need. I am sorry, I almost never go into Helsinki, so I can't help you. I am sure someone here could spare 30 minutes out of their day to help you. Don't you have any friends over 18??? You're a student here, I presume?

The problem I see here apart from true or falsce, right or wrong, is that you are a minor. You asked your parents, and they said no, for whatever reason. I don't know Finnish law too well, but I guess helping a minor transferring a considerable amounf of money to another country, in the full knowledge that her parents object to that, could lead to serious trouble.

May I ask how old you actually are, and about how much money we are speaking here?

I hope you get scammed just because you edited your posts.

For others: when replying you should always quote the whole post, these idiots who delete their posts make the replies quite useless without the context.

You don't. If you don't want something on the net, you don't post it on the net.

edit.
Hi, my names Joelle, I've been to western union to help my best friend with money but when i get there they said that I'm not over 18 so i can't, they advise me to bring friend, or someone over 18 but i don't have friends over 18, and if your wondering why i didn't tell my parents, cause I've tried but they didn't let me help but i really need to send those money or he's going to be soldier in military in Syria and that's mean he will kill people or be killed that's why I'm really in a bad situation :( , and I'm really hoping that someone will help me by going with me to western union and i can give 20 euro for that but you don't have to do anything, just have your card to see that your over 18 and that's it, i will be so thankful, if your over 18 and you can help me plz contact @hotmail.com or 040xxx562.
best regards,
Joelle

I'm still not sure if she got scammed or is trying to scam people here. And even if all of it is true, it's still not clear if she is a 17-year old trying to transfer 200 Euro, or a 13-year old who wants to transfer 1000 Euro. Huge difference. I would more bet on the latter one, just that she has no friends over 18 shows that she might be much younger.
