I am going to move Finland in September.I don't know Finnish.How can i find the job in a restaurant, cafe shop and etc....?
Please give me some advice in this regard.

It is very unlikely that you will find a job in that area without speaking Finnish fluently.

Restaurants and cafes will most likely mean customer service and most of those customers will be Finns. So you need to find places where most of the customers are not Finns or are Finns that don't get bothered by your lack of communication skills.

Since you specific asked for the food industry I suppose you have some experience in this sector.
Depending on your skill level and your references it might not be a mission impossible.
(A qualified chef with experience in a Paris restaurant is welcome almost everywhere even without a single word of Finnish and the typical mistreated English of the frogs.)
But if you don't stand out from the crowd it will indeed be very very difficult without Finnish skills.
