Staying up to 3 months as an EU citizen

If EU citizen lives with someone for 3 months in Finland when can s/he come back again? In a year, month, week or is this simply a matter of crossing country borders?

If you are an EU citizen you have a right to stay in Finland as long as you like. You will still need to register if you are planning to have Finland as your permanent base, but I don't think that you need a reason (and if it is just a holiday, don't need to even do this).
