Hi, I'm looking for suggestions and recommendations about hairdressers in Helsinki - CHEAP is a priority; do they have trainee hairdressers here that can do it at a much lower price, for example? English-speaking is a must too.

I got a cheap, fast (to the point of being painful), horribly sloppy haircut in one shopping mall in Ruoholahti. Definitely the worst experience I had until now... but the result still makes me laugh... and will for the weeks to come...
