Needa good Plumber with affordable price

Could anybody recommend a good Plumber with affordable price? I am need to have a plumber to install a toilet seat. Thank you!

I doubt you need a plumber to change a bog-seat. Just unscrew the old old one and put the new one on.

Actually there is not old one. Just need to install the new one. The pipes are ready. However, I have no idea what connectors and glue I should use.
