if I sell some gold rings in one of those shops Kultasomething,will I have to declare the gains to Vero? Do they ask for Nat Ins number?

You'll have a little less capital in gold and a little more in cash. There are no "gains".
(since Kultasomething wants to make a profit, you could even claim it is a "loss"
)
