You submitted an appeal to administrative court after the official appeal period had ended? I pretty sure that will result automatic rejection no matter what merits you might have had for it otherwise.
I think you should have submitted a completely new application instead.
how long can it take for appeal because am tired of waiting.
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=65555
(if you don't want to wait, at least you could put all the requested documents to the initial application)
futher more, will the same attachments be needed by the administrative court.
The court does not need to get the same documents as were already submitted to the authority who made the original decision, but everything else that you may want to use in your appeal.

understand and help me am confuse of the questions but i have to do something.[/quote]

No, you have to contact the embassy of whatever country your passport is from.

The hospital will not give a paper with the child´s name since they don´t know the name and it is the name of a tourist child so it is not their problem what the name is. You can get a paper from them saying that a child was born, you have to take this paper to your embassy.
