Residence permit extension

I am international student , non-EU.

I am nearly complete my Masters degree ,, just doing my thesis. I have make extension of my residence permit. I would like to know is there any difference in benefit for applying the extension as student ( i can manage next semester document) and Extension as job seekers. 6 month is enough for me. I heard for extension as job seekers i dont need to make insurance.

and what is the required documents for extension as job seekers?

i dont need to make insurance.

You don't want to live here without a health insurance. It could become very expensive.

Extension as job seeker might need a paper that you have completed your studies though...
