I disagree, they looked very reliable.

Is that the help you needed? :?

More info needed... what help, what web sites, what car, what budget etc

Thanks.. Personal experiences may differ..Yes most postings are genuine.. Unfortunately i came across some which were fraudulant..(especially the ones which looked like great deals )

I am looking for cars in the range of 10 to 12 k with finance options..Not particular about brands as such but yes car done less than 150 tkm..

Thanks again..

Looked fraudlent? You dont buy a car from webpage or sent money beforehand.

I guess nettiauto is the place for cars. Unless you go on keltainen pörssi or the other magazine if its still around? You don't get "finance" from private vendors. And all you get is the "rearlight guarantee" - you rear lights of the car stop showing in my driveway, I don't give a damn if the car explodes in the next lights - its your car now.

Just go to autotalli.fi or oikotie and select autoliikkeet so you're only looking at cars from dealerships, they're reputable and will offer finance. Don't buy from a private owner.

If you are new to Finland, you probably won't get financing. You have no credit history here. Takes I think 2 years to get credit history here.

Only choice is to buy privately from a private person.

Or pay outright at some proper secondhand car centre. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THE AREA AROUND TUUSULA!!!! There are many shady car dealers there.

I bought a pre owned car outright from Automaa in Konela in June last year. It's only a Fiat but I can't fault their customer service and their pricing. The only extra thing I needed to buy was a cab heater. It came with a a limited warranty and when I suspected a battery problem, they had it straight back in and checked it all out. I'll certainly go back to see Sami when I get my next car.
