Career advice or advice on how to apply for jobs does make sense.
But in this case, there is no "proof" of that advice being worth anything, as the advisor hasn't found a job.
Paying a spammer to send your CV to 1000 companies does not make sense.
Yes, that is a bad idea. There are cv writing services etc. The only value in this kind of service would be if it was offered by some native Finn who would know where to look and what to look for and proofread the applications.
Mind you - after applying for an university and a couple NHS jobs here in the UK, definition of " tedious filling in forms" has gotten a new level.

My question to you is WHY?
If you are tired of writing your own resume and filling job applications, why would you want to write resume and filling job applications for other people? I doubt you will love/like what you are doing even you will get paid for it. Thus, the motivation and quality of your services is next to none. So, my advice is forget about that business idea and try to find something that you really do enjoy instead.

ya
& I think the business idea has a potential if the service provider could provide evidence beyond doubt that the application has been duly filled up & sent but this will work mostly in forms where there's no need for extra subjective info e.g. explain why you think this and that...... or tell us about yourself etc. I wouldn't want my application be sent without being shown to me first in such cases.

I didn't claim that the OP would be qualified to provide that (and agree with you).
I was just explaining to David what kind of service makes sense in general, and what does not.

Well, it seems no one buys this service. Good to see!

I get your idea but wouldn't be happy to pay per hour or per application, these methods can lead to perverse behaviors. I'd rather 10 quality applications were sent to relevant employers with more chance of an interview than 100+ junk applications sent to anywhere. I would consider paying a pre arranged amount per interview delivered, by getting the interview you'd have met my expectations, whether I get the job or not is down to my performance at the Interview.

I'm sure Cony could deliver a few interviews by changing "Finnish: beginner" to "Finnish: perfect" in your CV and sending a cover letter written in perfect Finnish.
Whether your performance at the interview will match the information in your CV will be down to you...

Good point, although I imagine a process where you would have a meeting with "Cony" to discuss your skills and expectations, then he would roll it in glitter and using his expertise and job market knowledge would send the applications to employers who match what I'm looking for. If I have a unrealistic expectation then i would expect to be told this and given advice on my job market, if "Cony" doesn't think he get a hit he doesn't have to accept the work. This way the business reputation it built on it' successes and vice versa. I suppose the more you think about it the more problems arise, but I guess thats business!

Cony is a person without a job desperately looking for a way to make a living in Finland.
As already discussed in this thread, that does not indicate competences for giving career advice.
And if you agree to pay per job interview you got, don't be surprised to get exactly that but not a job (perhaps Cony's girlfriend will open a company that interviews many people but never hires anyone?).
Someone who knows how to get a job in Finland giving advice can make sense, but that is something completely different from the CV-spamming business Cony was considering to operate.
