Could anyone tell me where I could find a photo printing shop in Helsinki city centre?

I've used Ifolor (ifolor.fi) but that's online. Works pretty well though.

If you need the prints intantly (1 hour) use Tunn1nkuva http://tunninkuva.fi/liikkeet.html
- It's a bit more expensive than the online services.
Myyrfoto in Myyrmäki is another.
Both companies offer a service, where you can load the digital files online and pick up the photos in a shop.

Online services are offered by ifolor.fi and eirikuva.fi have somewhat cheaper prices, especially if you order a larger amount at a time.
- Load online and delivery within a few days via mail (or pick up at a local dealer of Eirikuva - like Prisma or Anttila).
