Hi everyone, my name is Kelvin and I'm a 30 year old African man.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Malaysia (will graduate in Nov 2014). I have 4 years experience in HR and another 3 years in marketing/ PR. I have excellent English speaking/ writing/ reading skills and have intermediate French language skills. I'm also currently learning Chinese (Mandarin).
Can you please tell me what chances I have of finding a job in Finland and how to best go about it.
Thank you.

It's the same old story again:
Learn Finnish.
And are you aware that, not being EU, you need a job offer first before you can apply for a residence permit?
Without Finnish very little.iamkelvin wrote:Can you please tell me what chances I have of finding a job in Finland

It would be more logical for you to go to the UK, where you won't have the language barrier.
There are some international companies like Nokia where the company language is English and where you might have a chance of a job when you are really good in your field, but apart from that you have to speak Finnish fluently first.
