Sadly I'm leaving Finland soon. I'm trying to find out what I can do with my car (fully legal on Finnish plates). I'm considering a couple of options, and would appreciate some advice.
2002 Lotus Elise 111s with maybe 25,000km (right hand drive)
1. Drive the car to a sports car dealership somewhere in Helsinki to sell it. Can anyone recommend some dealerships that might deal with that sort of car please?
2. Have the car shipped to south of Spain. But again I have no idea what companies would offer such a service or how much that might cost...
3. drive the car down to Spain (seems like maybe 4500km via Stockholm, Denmark according to google maps, is that the best way? I really dont fancy this option!
I considered selling it private, but I just dont have time now, or anyone that can help me with that. Final option might be storage in Helsinki until I can get some help with this, but again depends on cost.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Peter

How much you looking to get for the car?
Re: Leaving Finland need some advice about my car plz
It depends on your timeline in regards to the selling of the car.
I have a lotus myself and have loads of contacts via which a sale can be done quickly depending on the price (pm me)
If you plan to drive then do it via the boat to travemunde which saves alot of km's. But not sure about the import process in Spain

Thanks all, that gives me a good starting point. I'm leaning towards option 2 today. Any companies that do shipping please?
Looking for 23k for it. I saw a slightly older one advertised in Helsinki with over 100k on the clock that was going for around that price. I have the aircon and hardtop extras with it.
Cheers. Peter
