Can anyone help? Piano exam advice

Hi does anyone know about putting students in for piano exams in Finland.
I have a student who is ready to start her grades but can not find any information on Finnish Piano exams?
In Ireland we have the Royal Academy of Music exams and you can register a student independently.
Is there such an organization in Finland??
