Y3 start up notification

Hi all, i'll try and keep this in a nutshell - I have decided to settle in Finland and start business here, I've been coming back and forth from the UK for 12 months (and learning Finnish slowly) now to visit my Finnish g'friend and love it here and have seen an opportunity in my line work (Gent's barber) I've read through relevant info regarding the set up. trade registration and right to residence but I am stumped regarding the Y3 form I have the following issue - Estimated taxable income in the 1st accounting period, I have a projection on what I think I will earn but it is certainly not guaranteed! and with this up front payment of tax I do not want to be paying taxes that I should not be ! I might be over worrying about this but taxes can do that to a man

Any advice on this matter is greatly received.

thanks i'll check that, I've looked through lots of informative online sources e,i, perustamisopas, infopankki and I guess i'll just get an accountant to help with the start up, I find the system here confusing and just want to concentrate on the business and not these issues !

Ok I have noticed on the Y3 it asks for 'Finnish personal identity code' what is this this and where do I get one if needed ? On my understanding from what I have read the procedure for me to start up here in Finland is - Make declaration to trade register, vat register and tax prepayment register > take cert' of registration and passport to local police to reg' right of residence > start trading .

Or have I missed something here ???
