What is your citizenship?
If you are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen you do not need a Residence Permit.

With any other citizenship, the question you ask is just a minor detail.
The main question is:
On what grounds do you intend to apply?

Prerequisite for an application for a Residence Permit based on employment is a job offer (and even with a job offered it might be rejected when there are suitable job-seekers available in Finland).
