Hi,
Does anyone know of any rebates/tax break you can get from the government for using clean energy that a housing company or individual can get back? Like adopting Solar or Wind energy to power evening lights etc.?

Such things do exist but they seem to change all the time and be handled on a local level. When I installed my (thermal) solar panels I did get some money from the local council. This was a one-off grant towards installation, not a payment per energy produced. I can't remember now but I think I got 10% or 20% of the system cost.
Anyway it could be worth asking your local council rather than looking for a national scheme.

http://yle.fi/uutiset/homegrown_solar_g ... nd/6754022 But with a feed in tariff of 6 cents the payback period will be very long, tarrif in UK is 19 pence and 12 cents in Ireland for example.
