As landlord can I terminate the contract for the tenant?

Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

As landlord can I terminate the contract for the tenant?

Post by jussi_t » Mon Aug 19, 2013 9:48 am

Hi,

I rented out my apartment earlier and I signed at that time an open contract with the tenant.
Now for some reason, I'd like to move back to that apartment myself in next year.
Is it possible for me to take my apartment back with the reason that I'd like to move back to that apartment myself?

Thanks! :-)

Best Regards,
JT

Yes.

If the contract is under year old then the term of notice is 3 full months, over year and 6 months.
