From Sweden there are plenty. Not sure if there are any direct lines from Finland though, so it's a two ferry journey or a very long drive and one boat...

Assuming you want to go by ship for taking your car:

him... one can go by silja or Viking to Stockholm, then from there by gogotand to visby, then from visby to oskarshamn and drive about 250 km....... stupid, ain't it?
