Using DNA prepaid subscription with Windows Phone 8

Hi,

Today I bought a prepaid subscription code for my DNA sim card from R kioski and the man in charge told me i should use dna file in my cell phone!
I can't find it and my phone is HTC windows 8x and my operating system is Windows Phone 8
How can I charge my DNA by my loading code?!
Back in my country, there are several ways to charge a prepaid sm card.
Via internet, byspecial dialing code (like #140#CODE# call), and etc.
