Need to convert my sim to micro sim

Hi, I just bought iphone 4s and realized that it requires micro sim to work on. I have saunalahti operator sim card. How and where can I changes my sim to microsim so that I also use my current number? I do not want to change the number.

You can cut your current SIM card into the shape of a micro SIM card. Instructions and a printable template.

(Note: Adobe Reader, by default, will scale PDF documents down to the printable area of the paper/printer — smaller than their intended, original size. Before printing, make sure the “Actual Size” option is selected in the print settings. Otherwise your template might come out in the wrong size.)

If you don’t want to go that route, you can log in to your Oma Saunalahti account (the web-based self-service portal). Click your phone number, then navigate to the option SIM-kortin vaihto (“Change [the type of] your SIM card”). Click the Tilaa (“Order [a new SIM card]”) link and you will be redirected to a page where you get to choose the type of the card and where you can confirm the order.

Ordering a new SIM card will set you back €10. Cutting your own is free, of course.

Do not bother much, next time you are in a shopping mall come to elisa/ saunalahti stand and get a new card. It is free and it will work almost right away

Well I also went to the Elissa stand and they told me they don't convert prepaid SIM into micro. Also the Representatives were quite rude and slow. I guess now I need to do it by myself.

you did not say it was prepaid in your original post. with prepaid s you should learn to use scissors , it is not hard really..
