Bachelor program in graphic design

Hi everyone!
I am a Japanese student, and I want to study graphic design in Finland.
I looked for bachelor programs in graphic design and found some that are in Finnish/Swedish,
but couldn't find any English ones.
(I am an absolute beginner in Finnish, so if there are no English ones, I'm planning to spend 1 year studying Finnish and then apply)

Would you tell me if you know any graphic design bachelor programs that are in English?

I tried to look for English bachelor programs in graphic design, but could not find any. I only found some master programs. So if you already had bachelors degree you could continue your studies in English for two years here in Finland.
I'm 19, having a year off and trying to figure out which school I'm going to apply next spring so I will be doing a lot of researching on different study programs this fall. If you have more questions about studying Finnish or in Finland and you think there's a chance that a high school graduate could help you, don't be afraid to ask!

Hey bitterpop I'm from Venezuela (All the way down to South America) I'm interested in those master programs you talked about, if you could shed some light for me as to which universities are offering those programs it would be most appreciated.
