Want to Learn Farsi (Persian) / Arabic in Helsinki?

I am currently teaching an Iranian man English in Helsinki - his level is elementary - and he has asked me if I know anyone who he can practice his spoken English with outside the classroom. Unfortunately, my friends have work / family / social commitments which prevent them from helping him, so I wonder if there is anyone out there.

As he is not looking for, nor can afford another teacher, I suggested a language exchange scenario where he can meet someone in a library / cafe and help them with their Farsi / Arabic studies and they, in return, can help him with his English - a native speaker may be preferable.
