hello

i'm from algeria i want to buy apartment in finland so i wonder if i'll get residence when i'll have appartement there ?
i i have friend who wants to work for his friend in finland as account in restaurant. can he be able to get residency from this job ?

There is always someone willing and qualified to start a job, but the employer can interview candidates and reject them.
If the candidates are rejected lawfully and it can be show why they were rejected, and if employer can demonstrate the need for the immigrant, its a green light.
