According to the Employment Service Statistics, at the end of August the number of unemployed jobseekers registered at Employment and Economic Development Offices totalled 290,200, up 44,300 on the previous year.

..and despite what "optimists" say, Finland is not really doing well. Government got no money and they are probably heading for some raise in budget defect.
