New Sonera internet connection not working.

Hello

I got the text message today to tell me that my Sonera internet connection is connected but when I plugged my router into the wall, I don't seem to get any connection.

I got the text message around 6 hrs before writing this post and I have ran out of credit on my phone since I was on hold for at least an hour...

Anyone has any similar experiences or does anyone know if the connection takes a while to establish?

Currently thereseems to be no waiting time for their technical service.
Are you sure you were calling to a correct number?

If the queueing time is long, you can leave a request for Sonera to call you back.

Sigh..

I got it working from last night but tonight I had a power cut for maybe a second or so. Turned off my pc and router though.

Now my router isnt connected to the internet...

Anyone got any ideas why?
