Toiminimi - Short term contract

Hi,
Need advice/suggestion of my strange situation.

After working in finland for very long period, i lost my job and currently receiving unemployment benefit (70% of my salary) from kassa.

Recently i got a offer for long term contract but they can agree contract only with company.So i was forced to register my own company(Toiminimi) expecting that i will make a contract.But to due to some reason contract was further delayed. I do not have any activities with my company and update the same with unemployment office. Now again i was offered contract job; initially only for 3 weeks and it may extended (never known).

Now i could not able to understand to take it or wait for long term due to following questions in mind..
1. If i dont get expected contract from the day one i register company, Do i need to dissolve the company to continue get paid by unemployment money (kasaa)
2. Do i get my unemployment benefit (kassa) after this short term contract ends?. (Taking last 8 months incomes calculation?)

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

1; no, you are self employed. When you start company you wont be able to ask unemployment since you are employed in your company. Even if you dissolve it it would be hard to prove that you arent employed, fact that company is yours and you dont make any money doesnt matter. Months if not years of paperwork.
2: no, you are self empoyed. You have a company!

However, if the person has joined an entrepreneur’s fund at the beginning of their entrepreneurship and met the entrepreneur’s working condition, they lose their right to the employee’s daily allowance."

As per the first line, person is right to get employees earnings.
As per line to , it void when you joined as entrepreneur’s fund (i believe this is about something like Tekkes funds for startup's). In my case, i didt not opt for any funds..Only thing i did is registering a company.

Do you have some link where it i can find points you mentioned.

Have you contacted your kassa and asked?
