Looking for a "hoitokaveri", Helsinki, starting January 2014

We are a family who is looking for a "hoitokaveri" (1 or 2 kids) for our 2 years old boy starting in January, 2014. We live in Kallio, and we will like to find someone in Kallio area or well communicated with Kallio. Our kid, Lucas, is 2 years old and he is bilingual (English-Finnish) so English/Finnish speaking kids are welcome.

We have a nice and trustworthy babysitter, who has more than 8 years of experience in Finland. She goes to the parks around Kallio area with the kids, as well as some other activities like muskari or kerho.

There is two children at the moment and the care is divided between two homes, alternating the place every week. The family in charge of the week will provide lunch and snack or the children will eat their own breakfast at home.

The main part of the salary (children less than 3 years) is done via Kela (private care benefit). Also we pay the the nanny a small extra part that includes employer´s fees.
This kind of care works well with the child: homelike caretaking in a small group.

If you are interested, please contact me via PM!
