Hello people,

I have been in finland for 2 years now . I still do not know what Finnish girls want in a man. I am confused.

1. Today I date her, the next day she walk away like we never met before.

2. Today, she makes a promised, tomorrow, she breaks the agreement .

3. Infact....I really do not understand what Finnish girls expect in a relationship.

There is one girl in Vantaa I met. She kind of claims to like me and says she is not in for games. Just what I ever wanted....no games! The next week, she gets banged up by some dude, spends a nyt at his place and then she sends me a text message..."do not contact me anymore, I am in a new relationship".

- Why do some Finnish girls make relationship that complicated?
- Why are they not so committed?
- Why do they change colors overnight?
- Why are they so impolite to their boyfriend?
- Why do they give flimsy excuses that make one go crazy and just wanna kick someone?
- Why do they not much appreciate the love and care they get from foreign men?
- What will be the reasonable way for a man to get an honest and polite Finnish girlfriend?

Okay ladies or guys, tell me what you think. I am not generalizing here , but I know they are exceptional girls who act differently.I hope to learn from you all. I am a single man and really needs some girlfriend who will last in relationship. I hope to get advice here.

Dude, can you just stop this drama? For few days now, you cry about your "virtual relation" and your "virtual girlfriend" who dumped you! Dude online dating is not real life dating! Period! You never had a date with that girl, you probably never seen her and never knew anything about her. You talk about the relationship you had with the "virtual girl" and I do think you are confusing real life with virtual life and yes she banged another guy because that guy is real. What make's you think that only foreign guys can offer love and care to finnish women?

My advise get a women from your own country, same mentality, culture, probably loving you in the same way you are used to "love" and so on!

How will gonna help you? Resident Permit? Otherwise I don't get it! You hate the culture and the way finnish women are but you still want a relation with a finnish girl. Therefore the only benefit I see is related to residence otherwise no normal person will ever get into a relation with somebody that he/she doesn't like.

Get a life. Suck up the "dumping" and move on. Maybe your neediness was too much and she realized you just wanted to use her to secure PR. That's not too difficult to understand. Got to give the girl credit for getting out before she even got in.

I taught the same: the girl realized why the guy "loves her and cares so much about her" and she ran away.

Careful with that, assault and battery is taken very seriously in Finland

Because they can get the same from Finnish men (at least some of them) without getting used for a residence permit.
