i am a lady and a mother of 3 year child. i get regular back ache. I need a massage lady to do 1 hr massage at my home (leppäväärä, espoo near sello) monthly. she should able to communicate by english.

If massage, then why just lady? If you mean "massage" then sexwork.net is your friend.

Getting one to get to your place might be a problem. Going to somewhere and getting massaged would not be a problem.
