unemployment after graduation

Hi everyone!
I'm about to graduate from uni very soon and ofc I'll be looking for a job. So the first thing I'm gonna do is register myself at the employment office as I'm hoping to be able to participate in the integration training. I've done some reading online, but can't figure out if it's even possible in my case anymore (been living in Finland for 4 years now). And is there any chance I could get the labour market subsidy?? What do you think? I'd appreciate if somebody could make these issues a bit more clear to me!

The first integration plan has to be done within three years:

When you go to the unemployment office they will tell you if you qualify for the labour market subsidy from their perspective (a statement from them is needed for Kela). Since you are looking for a job you would want to visit them any way.

As I know, You should have at least A status to get that support. If you are still in B status, no way you can get that.

You mean the residence status? Well, I'm an EU citizen staying in FI for family reasons and I suppose I'm considered to be here permanently, as my registration card doesn't state any time limitations.

from my experience, you can find part-time gigs more easily to keep yourself afloat while you aim for a permanent job.that said,finland is indeed a incredibly difficult place for foreigners to find a job, especially if you are a non-EU citizen. since you havent specified your background or skills,its hard to suggest anything.

As said in earlier post, you are no longer considered in need for the integration course as you have been here for over 3 years. For unemployment benefits, you should visit employment office and kela as soon as you graduate. They will register you as a job seeker and may help you find a job. I believe you are getting student allowance?
