If I could have a signature in this forum, this is what it would be, verbatim.
This thread is ridiculous. Guy from Iraq, decides he wants to move to Finland to fulfill his dream of being a rally driver.

Yet the harshness of reality dictates that I should warn him that he'd have an easier time trying to convince the Queen of England that he is her long lost son than he would have even the chance getting a job at driving a bus here in Finland.

This thread goes in the top 5 most ridiculous I've read in the forums here.

Also yes, if anyone thinks Estonia is expensive... stay away from Finland. Estonia is as cheap as chips.

What do you think of these:

http://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/co ... y2=Finland (Check the salaries)

http://www.oecdbetterlifeindex.org/countries/estonia/
That's assuming you can find a job with a "disposable" salary of average 2100€. Those don't come to people with no education or experience who've just dropped in to Finland with stars in their eyes. I don't know for sure, but I know that often foreigners come here and find a job delivering papers or janitorial work which pays much closer to the Estonian average.

If you want silly salaries and drive rallye, cheap cars and cheap petrol, I'd be looking at UAE.
