Have you read the previous threads here? There are even threads about opening a cafeteria here. Running a business in Finland is like everywhere, hard work. More you gather information beforehand the easier it will be. Asking questions is good, but doing some research work is better as you can't be sure about answers.

If by "sachet coffee" you mean instant coffee, then no, that isn't very common here.

There are so many coffee shops around and all are very over priced , a couple of chain coffee stores went broke over thr last fee years and Starbucks is just a novelty at the moment. The price of coffee is 3 euros up to silly money.

Its mostly filter coffee. You can get pot ground as well, but people think its a bit messier, but old people prefer it. If you go to a proper shop, you buy coffee beans, and they mill it for you to filter or pot. But mostly its ready milled. Coffee condoms and such are more fashionable with city yuppies.

Oh well, I do drink instant, but thats just I am lazy. And Lidl Gold is cheap.

And cup of coffee, i dont know. 10c? I pay about 2-3e for 500g of coffee and use my own machine to make coffee, machine did cost 70e (3 years and running) but just because it was thermos one etc, 20e is cheap one.
Price of cup is irrelevant since its cultural thing to offer coffee to visitor etc. And i mean self made cup not bought from business.

Most of finnish coffee consumption is in homes with cheap coffee and not in businesses like starbucks.

And no i dont "realize" anything you added after my reply, its your problem that you dont add everything in your question.

You have your priorities mixed up. The most important plan for you is how to get a residence permit.
I don't think the type of coffee alone will convince immigration to grant you a RP.
