Which one is the exact application for person who needs to apply for the 2nd resident permit , because google is making a poor showing.
ie first year A permit needs to be renewed to 4 year item.

That link is for appointment. Click oleskelulupa hakemuksen jatkolupahakemus inthe list. For a form, visit migri.fi. Shoulent be difficult to find a resident permit extension form.

That online appointment thing is annoying as.
Wont let me book a date.

Afaik, it's police that deals with RP renewals, so you should be making calls or a visit to police. Anyway, contact information of both police and immigration are in their respective webpages in English.

Oh, about my Finnish skills, I have spent 6 years into it. Finnish been cracked!

For other readers , if you have the bank ID login system setup, just use the E-service in migri , absolutely easy.
