Looking for a babysitter in Helsinki

We are a german family living in Helsinki (Meilahti) and we are looking for a babysitter for our 17 months old son.
We need support with the child care ideally three times per week for three hours each time, but in principle the work can be splitted between several persons. Concerning days and times we are quite flexible.
