S-Pankki Bonus Benefits
Hello,
I am Prashant living in Tampere since 4 months now on Residence Permit as working with Finnish Organization.
Would like to enquire about S-Bonus,so I already have a S-Pankki Bank account what was opened along with S-Bonus card. Now on online account I can see easily my spendings on various partners.
Now my question is let's say if I have earned a bonus 10 euros in month of January now will that amount be credited to my S-Pankki account or how to use that ? Atleast I dont see that bonus amount in my Bank Account.
Can someone clarify ?
Thanks & Regards

Re: S-Pankki Bonus Benefits
It is paid on cash on your S-pankki account. In Helsinki area it seems to be paid around 10th of the following month (in your example 10th of February), though i guess it is possible they use a later date in Tampere. The bonus and "maksutapaetu" (0.5% extra you get from paying using the S-credit/debit card) are listed as two separate items on the bank statement (one after another). For bonus the minimum monthly purchase is 50 €.
I'd wait until the next month, and if I didn't see the money even then, I'd ask (Sokos or Prisma where they have a s-pankki service point or online).

Have you paid the whole participation share already? Iirc it was 100€, 20€ paid when joining and the rest can be paid from the bonuses during next two years.

Hello Guys,
Thanks for the prompt response,
Online Portal in Bonus Page shows the amount entitled for month of January already but as I said I don't see that amount anywhere credited to my S-Pankki account.

Heading off on a tangent here, and showing my ignorance of these bonus schemes, I am not sure what you mean by this:
What exactly can you see online? How detailed is the information? Can you just see that you spent X euro at a certain shop, or can you see the exact products you bought?prashantbahl wrote:Now on online account I can see easily my spendings on various partners.
Re: S-Pankki Bonus Benefits
Did you pay the Co-op share fully (100€) when you joined? If not, you'll pay it with your bonus money first before getting anything to your account. Upphew made a good point.
Re: S-Pankki Bonus Benefits
Recently the co-op share is 35 euro, after you reach this share the bonus is sent directly to your s-pankki account

I didn't understand what you mean, I did my s-etukortti in 2012 at Prisma, after I reached the 35€ the bonus arrives to my s-pankki.Upphew wrote:Says someone who is member of Elanto.GWolf2012 wrote:Recently the co-op share is 35 euro

Re: S-Pankki Bonus Benefits
Helsinki region's co-op is called Elanto. They and Etelä-Karjalan osuuskauppa are the only two that charge something else than 100€ and Elanto is the only one to charge the whole sum in one lump.Guido2046 wrote:I didn't understand what you mean, I did my s-etukortti in 2012 at Prisma, after I reached the 35€ the bonus arrives to my s-pankki.Upphew wrote:Says someone who is member of Elanto.Guido2046 wrote:Recently the co-op share is 35 euro
