E- LASKU

Does anybody know how this system works? Is it like direct debit? Do I have to allow each payment that is requested or the bill amount is deducted automatically from my account?

You can choose however you want. It's simple and easy.

At least with nordea you can choose from three options
  • pay the whole amount automatically.
always ask for confirmation (you get an email telling you to login to netbank and approve the bill)
approve up to a certain amount automatically, above that ask for confirmation
the third one is quite useful - say you have a mobile phone bill and it's normally about 30e/month. approve automatic payment for 50e and you'll only have to do something if there is a sudden unexpected charge.

What I don't like about Nordea e invoicing is the lack of sorting and organization of received bills, it should be possible to have sub folders and sort the bills, even automatically. also an export function would be nice for archiving (nordea only keeps the old bills for a few years). The post offices netpost added these kind of features as it became obvious that people need to sort their received mail.

Viewing the breakdown of the invoice (instead of just who it's from/the amount) isn't that simple either, there should be an instant preview + option to view a pdf, instead there are several clicks needed and what you see depends on the format decided by the person sending the bill. checking credit card statements is a bit tedious in this way and it's something you should do every month.

many thanks. I choose the option of automatic payment without authorization for bills up to 25 euros. It should be much better than paying each single bill manually, and I can also win a bike worth 400euros(DNA competition)for people that switch to elasku
