Ordering tobacco from USA.

Hello, dear friends.
I live in Finland and i want to know, what is the limit for ordering tobacco from non-EU countrys?
I am planning to order some hookah (vesipiippu) tobacco from USA shop and i want to know, how much can i order without problems.
Are there any taxes or something if i am telling stuff from outside EU country?

There is no limit (or at least wasn't few years ago), but I'd guess you'll run into problems if you order so much that it seems to be not for you but for sale.

Thanks for your answer! Because i just moved to Finland, i don't really understand finnish.
Can you tell me, what are those costs and etc? For example 500g tobacco.

No. But Customs most likely can: http://www.tulli.fi/en/contact_us/index.jsp
Wild guess is that you end up paying double. 6,75€+52%+vat (from the whole price, including freight).
