Hello everyone here... i am in interesting to find out what is the best solution for me in starting a project work for 4 months, i have already check eezy.fi , Ukko.fi etc. honestly i dont have any idea of accountanting and paperwork in a running company here in Finland (biggest problem is the language) but i think that i can learn easily because i had run a company in my country and should be similar situation.. My problem focussing on what choose between a toiminimi start up or corporation with a company like Eezy, Ukko etc ? i already know the ammount of money that i will get from my client and i would like to find informations about toiminimi company in English, how can i calculate my expenses in any case? for example on the calculation for of Ukko.fi they count Työnantajakulut 17,2 % what is that? is something that is standar ? in case of using toiminimi company is it the same? Is any form or link where can i find information about starting up Toiminimi and calculating all taxes, Työnantajakulut, insurances etc. ?
