Hi all!
Can someone please help me with the Finnish for the stuff you use to fill holes in walls from where nails were used? Spackle...putty...hole filler. I'm not having much luck with google translate.
Also, does anyone know anywhere in central Helsinki to get it? I don't have a car, so telling me Bauhaus in Vantaa doesn't do me much good.
Thanks!
Spackle...wall filler? Putty?

"Pakkeli" in common spoken language, "seinätasoite" might be something that reads on the package. K-Rauta in Ruoholahti (near subwaystation) guaranteed has it (presumably several varieties), but I'd expect you to find something from Clas Ohlson (Kamppi) as well.

"Kitti" is used also, but thats mainly for windows (chalk&linseed oil), however you have "ikkunakitti" which is that, but some stuff called "seinäkitti" is actual filler.
