Nordea Bank Account

Sosince iam here for 8 months all ready , i started to have some problems with this bank.I mean i couldn't use my internet accoutn to log in to post, register official etc. I went there to ask if they can change it , they said that they can't do anuthing with this . Now i am starting to thinking that they are taking took much for using card as well its like 5 € per month , i heard that in OP-Pohjola Groupthey dont take any money and people dont have problem with using bank account. Now the questions , should i go there again and say that i want to change type of account or i should close my bank account and go to another bank? Thank a lot for help
