Nordea bank account questions

Hello,
I went to Nordea today to open an account and they told me that to open one
I have to proove that I get some income. The problem is that from Kela they want
a bank account to apply for the unemployment benefits.
My spoose has already a bank account in Nordea, is it possible to add me as a participant
in her account and apply to Kela with her account number?

It's also possible the the account of your spouse without adding you (with the obvious ramifications). It's also possible that she opens a new account that is joint. However, it seems dubious for Nordea to refuse to open an account since you have a legal right to some basic services:

The reason they gave doesn't seem to satisfy the "painava peruste" exception.
