Residence permit based on work

I am currently a student who has graduated from Finnish university. I have an offer from a finnish ay firm. I am not sure what are the minimum wage requirements to apply for a work based residence permit. Also, who needs to initiate the residence permit the firm or myself?

Visa is for visiting, Residence Permit for residing.

great! thanks. My wage is just above the minimum wage, so I presume there must be no problems.
