Please, Could anyone tell how to get Iron Fortified foods and milk (Preferably organic though) here in Finland even via online shops?

I really need this !

Not an answer to your question, but do have a medical recommendation t ogive supplementary iron?
(I would have thought they give suggestions regarding "how to" as well)
