Currently I am living in Finland.Me and my boyfriend just got married. But soon i will move to Germany. My husband is from non-EU country. He is currently on study rp. Can he apply for spouse visa in Finland, while i will be in Germany. Thanks

He can go to the German embassy and apply for a German residence permit. Finnish permits require you to be a Finnish resident.Mariadan wrote:Hi everyone,
