Is there Tax Exemption for HSL transport Monthly pass?

Hi,

I noticed there is an option in tax card for exemption on transport. Will the below scenario eligible for it? Apologize if its a dumb question but I would say there are many unclear on this.

XYZ living in Pasila and moving to Ita Keskus for work using HSL card, can XYZ gets a tax deduction?

Or, if it is not possible, in what situations it is possible to get this tax benefit??
